add Eufy Indoor Cam S350

Anyone added the Eufy S350 to SS? I'm following the same "RTSP" procedure as for other Eufy cams but no luck with these.

    Things to check:

    • RTSP has to be specifically enabled in the camera using the Eufy app
    • The camera should be assigned to a specific IP address using a DHCP reservation in your router, and this IP address should be given to SecuritySpy
    • Check whether the camera specifies an RTSP port other than 554

    If that doesn't solve it, what is the error message displayed in SecuritySpy after the connection fails? This will provide a clue as to what is going wrong.

    it keeps connecting without error message.

    When I check the log it see the following

    14/07/2025 18:08:24 Error from camera "Living", it will be closed. Network device error. No key frames received from device recently. 6.12,70902,812

    I have 3 Eufy cameras in my SecuritySpy system - None of them work with the eufy profile. You have to use a manual configuration - Camera IP address in the address box - 8554 in the RTSP port box, and /live0 in the manual profile path box. Everything else blank. Hope this helps!!
