Reolink P840: no PTZ controls

Hey all,


I got a Reolink (I know I know) P840. I had to turn RTSP and ONVIF on (thanks for tips here: https://bensoftware.com/securityspy/helpcameralist.html I was initially worried I'd made a terrible mistake ;-) )

It is all working great... except I don't see any PTZ controls. I upgraded to the latest SecuritySpy version, but still no luck.

I am using the standard HTPP and RTSP ports, no SSL, and the profile is ONVIF, with format RTSP.

What am I doing wrong?

    Never mind - it works great now! Not sure what I did - possibly it was when I changed to H265 RTSP?

    Great to hear you got it working! The Format change shouldn't have made a difference here, however perhaps the HTTP port being entered at 8000 was causing the problem? In general you should leave the port boxes empty because with ONVIF all ports should be auto-detected.
