Monitoring from a second computer
I had my SS for over a year and love it. Used to be able monitor my cameras from a second location in my hangar (hard wired to the network). But something happened, and now all I get is "authentication error" and blue screen. My main computer in the house works fine.
Tried for months to fix it, but no luck? What am I missing?

Did you ever get an answer to this? I just purchased the software on one computer and was hoping to use another computer to monitor as well but it is now telling me "trial expired" and not showing camera footage.
I was under the impression the software could be used on another computer for monitoring.

If I could get the iPhone app to work well that would work too, but unfortunately it connects to the cameras over the LAN less than 50% of the time for some reason.

If the Mac you want to view your feeds on has an M1 or later chip, I've found the simplest option is to just load the iPad app onto that Mac from the Mac App Store

Full info about this is in this other forum post: Installation of SecuritySpy on a second/third computer

Thanks Ben, worked great. And selecting Bonjour has made the app work much better as well.
