All i get is a blue screen says "authentication error"

hi.. I need help... i am not computer savy this software was working great and all the sudden i cant connect.... all i get is the blue screen and authentication error message... its a single camera mounted on my office building Toshiba IK-WB21A

    This indicates that the username and/or password entered into SecuritySpy for your camera is incorrect. You'll need to go to the Video Device Settings window, and enter the correct username and password for the camera. The camera will refuse to send the video stream unless the correct authentication details are supplied by SecuritySpy.
