Receiving Error 90039,425 on FTP upload

I am uploading the video and picture files from the camera to a local drive using FTP. When i click on Test, I get "Connecting to server... Error 90039,425 425 Can't open passive connection: Address family not supported by protocol family" Can find documentation on error message. Can anyone help?

    This message is being returned from the server, when SecuritySpy is sending a standard command to initiate the data connection. Are you able to connect to the server using other FTP clients?

    Does the server support SSH File Transfer? If so you could try this instead.
