4.0.6b7 & 4.0.6b8 Frame Rate dropped
Hi.
I've installed SS Beta 4.0.6b7, then 4.0.6b8, and I noticed the Frame Rate on both Beta versions has been reduced by 1 or 2 fps per camera. I have 5x Hikivision ip-cams, set at 15 fps on all of them, never had any reduced fps on previous versions (including all Betas) until now. Some of these camera stayed at either 14fps or 13fps, but none will reach 15 fps any more. Tried to re-run on the older versions, and the fps back to normal.

Thanks for the report, if this is a new problem we will definitely want to look into this. So that we can investigate, please email us the following things, for both version 4.0.5 and the latest 4.0.6b8 so that we can do a direct comparison:
- A screenshot of the "All cameras" window
- A screenshot of the CPU section of the Activity Monitor window
- In Activity Monitor, click the gear icon and select "Sample process"; save this and attach it to your email.
Please label the files as "405" and "406b" or something like that, so we can tell the difference between the two versions.
To capture a screenshot, press command-shift-4, then press the space bar, then click the window you want to capture. The "Screen shot" file will appear on your desktop.
Many thanks. -
