Hikvision 2CD2132F 22185,-12350

I installed three new 2CD2132F dome cameras one of them is getting 'Error from camera "Back West", it will be closed. (22185,-12350)'. Any ideas what is going on?

    Please download and install the latest version of SecuritySpy (currently 4.0.6), as it should reduce or eliminate this problem.

    Beyond this, make sure the camera is connected by wired ethernet for the best reliability, or make sure that its WiFi signal is strong. Also, reducing the camera's frame rate will reduce the strain on the network and give better transmission reliability.
