Overlay Feature Request
As my camera does not have overlay ability and turning this on takes up a lot of resources, I think it would be nice to add this to the export. That way when I go to export a video I could check an option to add overlay with the time and date on the video which SeruitySpy already takes. This would make a lot more sense to me and save a lot in resources. I know this wouldn't be a quick thing to add in, but I would love to see it in a future release if possible.
Thanks!

It's a nice idea, but as you say not a quick feature to add in. We'll consider this for the future, as I certainly see the utility.

On a slightly related topic... I've got a camera that is mounted so that it generates portrait format video (it makes sense both for mounting and for coverage), but doesn't have the option to rotate "in camera".
I don't want to enable re-encoding and am quite happy for the recordings to go to disk "Sideways", but it would be nice to have the option to have video rotated for display in the live feed and in the Browser. QT player has an option to play video rotated which is essentially "free" as it just rotates the image as its drawn. An option to specify that the "Transform" should be for viewing only would be really handy.
