SS4 Motion Capture Bug
My first two cameras, "Street" (connecting to 10.0.1.10) and "Door" (10.0.1.20) are setup with continuous + motion capture, and everything is working fine.
The motion clip bugs are reproduced in the following scenario: If I make a duplicate connection to a camera (say, another connection to 10.0.1.10) for the purpose of masking a different part of the scene, motion clips go on from 20 minutes to over an hour.
For example, let's say I wanted a car counter (I don't, but for the sake of argument) I would make another connection to 10.0.1.10, name the network camera "Car", make a mask, set for motion only.
In the "Car" motion clips folder, the motion clips range will from 30 minutes to over an hour. They are setup for 0 precapture, 10 postcapture, sensitivity was tested between 40-60, and I've tried between 0.5 and 1 second delay. The scenes are completely calm, no moving trees or bugs, nothing – literally a static scene of the road, and masked appropriately, and this never happened in SS3. It goes without saying, but the motion clips should be between 3-10 seconds.
Is anyone else having this problem, or do people not make multiple connections to the same IP? BTW, I've tried using the Bonjour address, same issue.

Please could you try the new SecuritySpy update (currently 4.0.2) and let us know if you are still seeing this problem? Thanks.
