Audio from Axis M1054

Hi Francisco, the HTTP, RTSP, and RTSP-over-HTTP options should all give you audio with this camera. With any of these options you should see a "Network audio" option in the Audio tab of the Camera Settings window that allows you to choose to get audio from the network (i.e. from the camera). Can you confirm?

- I had set it up as Axis PT (Firmware 5.x) option. I really don't know what is happing, similar what happened with my Foscam FI9821W - V2. The only configuration that worked was JPEG-HTTP (video only).
- When I choose RTSP-over-HTTP or RTSP options, no video appears, only a red cross indicating no connection !
- I use a TP-LINK TL-SC4171G Cam, with manual configuration (/video.mp4) and RTSP-over-HTTP option.
For this camera, It is working fine!

Hi Francisco, the "Firmware 5.x" option is the correct one for the M1054. Check SecuritySpy's log for clues (you'll find it in the SecuritySpy folder within your Documents folder). The most common reason we see for H.264 video not working is Perian so if you have this installed on your Mac please remove it and try again.
If you're still having problems, please email us and include your error log. Thanks. -
The problem was partially solved after removing Perian Software.
Now the audio and video are working fine, but it does not control PTZ and Zoom yet.
Best Regards,

Hi Francisco, that's great to hear.
You don't have PTZ control for this camera in SecuritySpy because the camera does not have PTZ features. SecuritySpy only supports real mechanical pan/tilt and optical zoom; it doesn't support any kind of digital PTZ as this isn't particularly useful.
