Can no longer add SNC-RZ30N as a network camera SS 2.2.4

I had been using Security spy for many years with 2 sony SNC-RZ30N on a Mac G5 tower running 10.4.8.. I had to reinstall the software from scratch and now when I try to add a network camera SS quits while saving the camera setting.

Any ideas?

    I'm afraid we can't really provide support for such an old version, but here are a few things you can try:

    - Download and install version 2.2.4 again from the Download previous versions of SecuritySpy page.

    - Launch SecuritySpy while holing the command and alt (option) keys. It will ask you if you want to erase the preferences. Click Yes. Then set up the cameras again.

    - If the above doesn't work you could try version 3.2.1 (available from the same link as above) however this will require you to upgrade your license. It does have a lot of nice new features over version 2.2.4 though, so it might be worth it for you anyway.
