Error code: 1200,-50 Bad Parameter

Non of my cameras will go into active mode and I have no idea why... this just started happening and I am not sure what this error code means.

Please try restarting your Mac - does this resolve the problem?

Looks like my external drive went bad... Thanks for the response. Restarting only fixed the issue for ~ 30min then they would all die again.. I am having the drive replaced under warranty, everything is running back to normal since I have removed the drive.
