Choppy audio in motion-detected recordings.
I am using 3 D-Link DSC-5020L cameras with motion detection enabled. When a video is recorded, the audio cuts out for 1 second every second, i.e., 1 second of sound, 1 second of nothing, 1 second of sound, etc. The audio is fine if I record a continuous capture or listen to the audio preview. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? I've tried different audio compression formats but they all result in the same exact thing.

Hi - this is not a know problem, and if the audio works with continuous movies then I can't think of a reason why it won't work properly with motion-detection movies.
The first thing to try is to download and install the latest version of SecuritySpy, as this may very well resolve your problem.
If not, please email us and include an example motion-detection capture movie file, as this will help us determine what the problem might be. -
I have emailed 2 example video files.

Any updates on this?

Apologies for the delay - I've replied to you by email asking for some more information, I'm not quite sure what is causing this yet and will need to investigate further.
