Foscam FI8919W Support?
Hi,
I got a new camera, it is a Foscam Fi8919W. I thought I could just tell SecuritySpy to use the "Foscam" or "Foscam JPEG with Pan/Tilt", but I see a blue box with "Authentication Error". I have triple-checked the username and password in the SS video device settings window.
Suggestions?

I should add that I have a 4 camera license, and this is the 5th camera, but I "disabled" one of the existing cameras in order to use this new one.

Hi - this won't be due to your SecuritySpy camera license. There was a change at some point in the way that JPEG Foscams handled authentication, and we updated SecuritySpy accordingly at the time, but if you are using an older version of SecuritySpy this would explain what you are describing. So please download and install the latest version of SecuritySpy and let us know whether this fixes it or not.
