D-Link DCS2332L issues
Hi,
I've my camera connected to a stable WiFi network (AC protocol). Connected 3 camera's, but this cam shows a grey screen every 6-8 seconds or scrambled screen and then it comes online again. I tried every single setting, but no luck. All my other cams works perfectly!
The DCS2332L is in short range (6 meter) with the wifi router
Can you help?

Hi Jurjen,
This normally indicates that the network speed is too slow, and packets of video data are getting lost, resulting in video corruption.
The first thing to do is update your camera's firmware to the latest version (which currently appears to be 1.04), available from the D-Link DCS-2332L support page.
Secondly, try reducing the frame rate of the video. Connect to the camera using a web browser to adjust its settings.
Finally, the camera supports JPEG, MPEG-4 and H.264 video formats. Try each one in turn (you can select these as the Format in the Video Device Settings window in SecuritySpy). It's possible that the problem will affect one format but not another.
Let us know how you get on. -
Hi,
Sorry for the late response, but i've managed to update the camera's firmware and adjusted the frame rate a bit lower, with a resolution 800x600 (I don't know if this helps).
For now, it likes to be ok... I'll let you know if the problems comes back or not.
Thanks for you help!!
Regards
