Able to view with Remote Patrol but not the Widget

I can remotely view my cameras with Remote Patrol on my iPhone and iPad but I can not get the OS X widget to access the cameras. Any suggestions?

    I can view the cameras with the Security Spy Web Server web page but not the widget, so I know the server is correctly setup.

    Hi - we have recently (last week) updated the widget to fix some bugs and make it more tolerant to a range of different ways to specify the settings. Please download the widget and install it by double-clicking on it, then restart your Mac (important - don't skip this step).

    Then set up the widget as per the user manual widget instructions.

    Hopefully the above will resolve your problem - let me know if not.

    I deleted the previous widget. Restarted my computer and downloaded the widget linked to you reply. Restarted the computer again. Installed the widget and I still get a white blank screen for the widget.

    In that case we'll have to look at the settings entered into the widget. You probably want to keep this information private so please do the following to send this to us:

    - Flip the widget over to the settings side
    - Press command-shift-4, followed by the space bar, then click the Widget
    - This will generate a "Screen shot" file on your desktop
    - Please email this to us

    Please also provide a screenshot, using the same procedure as above, of SecuritySpy's Web Server Settings window.
