Web Server Access

I setup Web Server:Password:Account Settings for new clients. I usually test the configuration before I release the user:password link. In the Chrome browser, I can select to not remember the user:password and easily test each user link.

Safari doesn't seem to know how to do that for an individual link. When I try to open a new tab it doesn't ask for the user:password again so it simply opens the last user I logged into.

Can you add a 'Log Out' button, or did I miss something?

    Hi Dan,

    Due to the way SecuritySpy's login mechanism works, there is no "Log Out" function I'm afraid. Many browsers such as Safari will remember the password during a browsing session, so that you won't be repeatedly asked for the password when opening a new page from the same server. If you haven't told Safari to remember the password, and want to log out of the session, then quitting and reloading Safari will achieve this.

    Thanks for the info. The basic problem is Safari only allows all passwords to be saved, or all not saved. I'll look for an extension that might give me a choice.

    Chrome allows individual web site save/not save so I'll be using Chrome for my testing.
