Hello,

I played with the free version for awhile and have now purchased a license. After downloading and registering all I get to see is the "All Cameras window" which is really nothing because I originally didn't have a camera and couldn't get an old iPad's camera to work right.

I have tried "Add Camera from Settings" after giving password nothing happens.

I am using a MacMini M2 Pro

    Sorry @twl98072, it's difficult to understand exactly what you are asking here. It sounds like you may be trying to add a camera. Do you have a camera, and if so, what make/model is it and how is it connected to your Mac? If you don't yet have a camera, we have some specific recommendations on our page Our Camera Picks. I wouldn't recommend trying to use a camera in an old iPad, that is not going to work well.

    In terms of general information about how to use the software, you can refer to the User Manual.

    If you need further help, please explain in more detail what exactly you are trying to do, what setup you have done so far, and what problems are you are seeing. Screenshots are very helpful for this - I understand if you don't want to post these on this public forum, so you can email us for direct help.
