Just trying to include this with the other cameras in Security Spy and having no luck. Bothe Security Spy and the Mac OS, Ventura 13.0.1, are completely up to date. Security Spt sees the camera in the Auto Discovered Devices but cannot load the image. I have used the password admin, and username admin as was suggested on the Lorex website, but it does seem that the major problem is that running Auto Detect profiles, nothing is found. I also have two entries for the camera in Auto Detect Devices, one in ONVIF devices and one in Bonjour devices. I wonder if anyone has a work around for this please? It is quite important as we are getting intruders on a regular basis so getting it to work is imperative for me.

I have tried rebooting the program and the router as well as changing pretty much anything. Help wold be greatly appreciated.

    If the camera is appearing under the ONIVF section of the auto-discovered devices menu, then ONVIF is the protocol to use: select the camera from this menu (which should produce an address starting "uuid"), and choose the ONVIF profile. If this doesn't work, please email us at support@bensoftware.com and include a debug file (SecuritySpy menu > Debug > Create Debug File On Desktop) so that we can check your settings and also check the error messages.
