REOLink Cameras recording every 4 minutes with no movement

Greetings

I have 2 Reolink 511WA cameras that are connected to SecuritySpy. They are connecting fine, but for some reason they are both recording as if there's motion every 3-4 minutes even though there is no motion.


Here's what I've done:

On camera:

-Turned off motion recording

-Turned down sensitivity all the way

On SecuritySpy:

-I've turned the sensitivity all the way down

-Masked areas where there might be trees or other movement

-Made sure anything marked as continuous capture is disabled

Has anyone else seen this behavior?

    I figured it out… the sound trigger was on and the commercial cooler compressor across the alley was triggering it whenever it cycled on. Turned off the sound trigger and suddenly no more recordings ever few minutes.
