Remote Patrol - PTZ FOSCAM

This is more of a remote Patrol question than Security spy but is there a trick to using PTZ via Remote Patrol? I can control the camera when in Security Spy Direct but when going through Remote Patrol I get no Response

    Are you sure that you have enabled the "Control pan/tilt/zoom" option in the web server account settings, for the account you are using to log in to SecuritySpy? I can't immediately think of anything else that could be going wrong.

    Also, be sure SS is Ccessing the cam using an administrator account
