Lost access to server remotely
Hi, this morning I can no longer access my server remotely
I usually open a window at work with the server page and pull up camera feeds when the need arises
However, when I got to work this morning, the server won't connect, either on my work PC connected to the work network or on my iPhone using the SS app and LTE (ie, not on the work network)
I remoted into my Mac and verified that SS was running and that I could pull up the camera feeds on my home network, etc.
I also quit SS and restarted it to see if that would fix the issue
I'm currently at work so couldn't really try anything else right now but thought I'm mention this
Interestingly, I'm getting motion notifications on my iPhone, but no image snapshots and, again, can't pull up any live feeds or captures on the iOS app currently (that is, the app also can't connect to my SS server)
When I remoted in, I verified that my Mac was connected to the internet

Just reboot my Mac remotely and the problem still persists

All is well in SS land again - we had a Comcast outage last night and that must have done something to some IP address or something like that
I just reboot the router remotely and everything is back as it should be -
Great to hear that the router reboot solved the problem!

Me too! I always forget that should be one of my initial troubleshooting steps
