Reolink Cameras and SecuritySpy

There isn't enough information in your description to diagnose the problem, but if you check the log file (File menu in SecuritySpy > Open Log) there may be some useful messages to explain what is going wrong.
If this was working before, then a restart of the cameras, Mac and other network hardware (e.g. Ethernet switch) is the first thing to try as this can resolve the problem.
Make sure that the cameras are connected to the PoE switch with quality Ethernet hardware, and make sure the either you are using automatic addressing for the cameras in SecuritySpy (either Bonjour or ONVIF), or, if you are using IP addresses, that these are static IP addresses as set in the cameras, not automatic (DHCP) addresses.
Note that we don't officially support Reolink cameras, due to many problems we have encountered with a (see our list of supported cameras for more information. -
Problem solved! Turns out a recent network security monitor update on my SecuritySpy box (Little Snitch Version 5.3 (6215)) apparently tweaked Security Spy access to two of my three Reolink webcams (the other non-Reolink webcams (9) were not affected. Strangely, all three Reolinks worked great with the Reolink app.
