  • Looks great - thanks for posting. The M1 Mac minis are the perfect machines for SecuritySpy.
  • I run mine wirelessly (for grins and giggles) and it does fine. (Aruba access points).
  • Good to see all of the 8mp cams running successfully, even if @ 10fps. I'm hoping to see an M1X available in the next month or so.
  • @jimmyjohnson, I too like to live dangerously
  • Mine only the 8 gig and performance is great.

4 of 4 cameras currently online
    - 96 movie files recorded in total
    - 0 image files recorded in total
    - 85.8 GB of data recorded in total
    - 100.0% software uptime
    - 4% average CPU usage
    - Normal memory pressure
  • Im getting this with my M1 Mini - 8Gig:

    - 4 of 4 cameras currently online
    - 9 movie files recorded in total
    - 14 image files recorded in total
    - 380 MB of data recorded in total
    - 100.0% software uptime
    - 8% average CPU usage
    - Intermittent high memory pressure; this may impact performance

Just wondering about the memory pressure...usually its flatlines but every now and then it spikes to 50% ish and I get the high info..usually its normal..

Apart from that I wouldnt even know the M1 was on unless the white LED was on..no fans, its cold to toutch...awaesome bit of kit..SS runs perfectly on it
