It sounds like JavaScript could be disabled in your browser(s) - could this be the case?

Still have not figured this out. javascript is enabled. I have tried the following combos:
Firefox on MacOS (personal Mac on intranet)
Safari on MacOS (personal Mac on intranet)
Edge on Windows (work computer over VPN)
Always logged in as an admin. -
Sorry, I'm not sure what else this could be. Do you have external access to your SecuritySpy system? If so, would you be willing to allow us temporary access via a web account in your SecuritySpy server so that we can connect from here to run some tests? If this is OK with you, please send login details to support@bensoftware.com and we will take a look.
