Is the recommendation to use the ONVIF Profile if the camera is compatible?

    For any camera where SecuritySpy has a camera-specific profile (e.g. Axis), it's generally a bit better to use the camera-specific profile. This can add some additional features (in this case two-way audio, for example), and also there is less negotiation required to initiate the video stream, so less to go wrong and faster connection times.

    Otherwise, for any other ONVIF-compatible camera that doesn't have a camera-specific profile, simply use the ONVIF profile.
