TVIP21552 PTZ controlls grayed out.

My ABUS TVIP21552 ptz camera settings are grayed out or non responsive... in chrome or IE 11 any ideas what I am doing wrong ? or what I am missing ?

    What device profile are you using in the Video Device Settings window in SecuritySpy? Have you tried the TVIP21501 profile? This one has Pan/Tilt controls enabled. Are you able to control the Pan/Tilt from SecuritySpy itself?

    Yes I have used it and it works... the problem I have is that the presets below are grayed out. And that was actually my reason for the post. Sorry I wasn't clear.

    It looks like recalling presets is possible, but I haven't been able to find any technical information about the camera that would allow SecuritySpy to actual save preset positions in the camera. So it looks like you will have to do this via the camera's web interface directly, at least initially to set up the preset positions. Subsequently you will able to use SecuritySpy to move the camera to these positions using the preset buttons in the PTZ window. Please download and test the latest beta version of SecuritySpy to try this out, and please report back if it works. Presets should be configured with numbers 1-8, matching SecuritySpy's preset buttons.
