Multiple User Accounts

I have SecuritySpy installed on our desktop and both my wife and I have administrator accounts running on this computer. How can I set up SecuritySpy to to run on both accounts. When my wife runs SecuritySpy, only the iMac camera comes up, not the other three IP cameras that are set up under my user account. I tried searching the forums, but did not find any solution, so any help would be appreciated!

Edit - When I set the camera to active mode under my wifes' account, it is showing the "Demo Mode" water mark as well...

    SecuritySpy is designed to be run under a single user account on the Mac (and typically for installations comprising more than one or two cameras, its own dedicated Mac). Each account has its own set of preferences for every app, so while it is possible to run SecuritySpy on two different acocunts on the same Mac, each instance of the software will have its own settings and will need to be configured independently. In addition, you won't be able to run SecuritySpy under both user accounts concurrently (it must be one at a time or they will conflict with each other) - nor would you want to, because by default recordings are stored in the user's Documents folder, so captured footage recorded by one account won't be accessible from the other (you can get around this by using a custom capture destination and set this for both instances, but this isn't ideal).

    So what I recommend you do is run SecuritySpy under just one of these two accounts (or set up a third account just for SecuritySpy). Enable "Fast User Switching" and have the SecuritySpy account running all the time (in the background if there is a different account currently in use). From any other accounts, access SecuritySpy using it's web interface at the address http://localhost:8000/

    The only limitation here is that the Mac OS blocks access to the Mac's internal camera from background acounts, so you won't be able to use the built-in FaceTime camera in the above-described scenario.
