I noted the following message in my Console window (I am hunting a different issue...)

This means that SecuritySpy is doing a lot of work, and therefore waking up the CPU more than normal. It is simply warning you that one application is using a disproportionate amount of CPU time. Which is expected for any app that processes video! Nothing to worry about.
