Arecont 3mp with Bensoftware getting only 1fps

Trying to get a higher frame rate per second. Using Arecont H.264 cameras. each 3.1 MP. I cannot get a higher frame rate on security spy despite having all settings record at highest rate.

    Hi, please check the following settings in the Video Device Settings window in SecuritySpy:

    - Make sure that you are using the "Arecont Vision H.264" device type

    - Try both the JPEG and H.264 Format options to see if there is a difference in performance between the two

    - There is an option to specify a frame rate, have you tried doing this?

    Hi Ben, I am getting the same problem with Arecont av8185 tried your methods you posted but still the same issue
