Software upgrade proceedure/problem after upgrade to 3.4.1
Hi,
is there a specific upgrade procedure that i should be following. I ask as, after upgrading, I experience a problem with one of my two camera feeds. It does seem to be present, but it is just a grey sort of image with a few blocks of green. Deleting and re adding the camera doesn't help. The other camera feed is fine (the cameras are identical)

The upgrade procedure from a previous version of SecuritySpy is quite simple:
- Quit SecuritySpy
- Download the latest version of SecuritySpy
- Drag it to your Applications folder as indicated in the downloaded disk image
- Open SecuritySpy again
Can you tell me what camera model you are having problems with? Also, what was the previous version of SecuritySpy you were using? Has anything else changed except the SecuritySpy version (any settings on the computer or the camera, or changes to your network perhaps)?
