Dahua IPC-HFW2100

Hi, based on the blog recommendation I got a Dahua IPC-HFW2100, from my safari window I can see the camera perfectly, however I'm unable to set it up on my Security Spy 3.4.1, I got a green image.

I'm missing something ? an idea on the camera parameters ?

    Hi Bucanero,

    Please describe your network setup - how is the computer connected to the camera?

    Green screens may indicate a network bandwidth problem that causes incomplete video frames being delivered by the camera. One thing to try is to log on to the camera using Safari and lowering its frame rate (try 5 or 10fps).

    You could also try the latest beta version of SecuritySpy to see if this helps.
