Audio input LevelOne camera

Trying to get audio input for my LevelOne FCS-0010 ethernet camera. The camera has a built in microphone but it doesn't seem to appear as a Audio input source within SecuritySpy camera Audio settings. This prevents recording it in a continuous capture video file.
Do not understand how to change this.
Please help.

    Hi Aapje, please try the following:

    - In the Video Device Settings window, locate the camera
    - Set the device type to "Manual configuration"
    - Select "RTSP TCP" from the Format menu.
    - Enter img/media.sav as the Request

    This should pull in the MPEG-4 stream with audio. Please report back and let me know if this works.
