Problem deleting large number of files via web interface in SecuritySpy
With the latest version of SecuritySpy when I try to delete more than 50 or so files from a camera's "captured files," (e.g., doing a "select all" and then "delete selected files") I get a message that says, "The connection was reset The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." When I select somewhere under 50 I'm able to delete the files. Previous versions would delete them all. Is there something I should try to enable this to work again? Thank you.

Hi Steve, this isn't a known problem but it does indicate a possible bug, I'll look into this and get back to you. It should be easy to fix. To clarify, is this with SecuritySpy version 3.4? Can you please try the latest beta version of SecuritySpy and let me know if the problem is still present? Thanks.

Yes, it's 3.4, but the problem persists with the beta. It seems to happen when I'm deleting more than 50 or so files (I was able to delete 41, but not 80). Thanks.

Great. For any one else experiencing this problem, it has been fixed in the version 3.4.1 update, available from the SecuritySpy download page.
