Idle?
Don't know what I am doing wrong.
I have set up motion detection and set to active mode but despite lots of motion the status remains idle!

Hi fyrekrig - this must be some kind of settings issue. Please email us screenshots of all relevant SecuritySpy windows (primarily the Camera Settings window and the Camera Status window) and we will take a look. I'm sure we can get this resolved for you.
(To capture a screenshot, press cmd-shift-4, select the are of the screen to capture, and a file called "Screen shot" will appear on your desktop.)
