Browser(s) can only view 6 cameras at once.

I currently have 7 cameras active at a site and am adding at least 2 more. Web server is turned on and I can only view 6 cameras at once. License is for 8 cameras. It doesn't matter which cameras I pick, they all work individually. It only when I pick 7. The web server has more than enough processing power, memory and disk space. Any thoughts? Thank You
