network has box dropping off

i use security spy on a mac mini. I use a network NAS box called sinology. If i try to access the has box through documents it works fine. But when i try to set the capture destination for my cameras to this location it cannot find it????

help asap please guys

    Hi - any drive, whether network, USB, internal etc., can be found by SecuritySpy as long as it's mounted in the Finder. Use the Connect to Server option in the Finder's Go menu, or mount the NAS via the Shared section on the left of any Finder window. Once it's mounted, SecuritySpy will be able to see it and you will be able to set it as a capture destination. This setup step will only need to be done once; subsequently it will be mounted automatically whenever SecuritySpy needs to use it.
