Cameras NOT Active
All my cameras were working -now they are all Passive and not working(except 1)--What do i do to get them active?

If you cannot see the live video, then there must be some error occurring that is preventing SecuritySpy from successfully communicating with the cameras. In this case, please email us the Log file that you will find in the SecuritySpy folder within your Documents folder, and we will look into this further for you.
Each camera will be set with a username and password to access the media streams, and you must enter the correct username/password for each camera in SecuritySpy to allow it to access the streams from the cameras. To configure a camera's settings, including the username/password it uses, log on to it with a web browser (e.g. Safari).
