Reolink 180 Degree Camera

I am looking for an outdoor 180 degree dual lens camera that won't break my bank (no higher than $250 USD).

Has anyone tried the Reolink Duo 3 WiFi camera? I am thinking of buying this camera, even though Reolink is not preferred. Curious if you have it working with Security Spy and, if so, how bad (or good) the fisheye effect may be.

  • I don't have that particular one, but I do have the newer 16MP PoE floodlight camera-great floodlight, decent camera. Like a lot of Reolink stuff, the RTSP is jerky. I'm using Scrypted to pull the RTMP stream and rebroadcasting it from there to Security Spy via RTSP stream. That's just 2MP, but it's plenty good enough to tell what's going on, and I don't think the fisheye is bad at all.

  • I have the duo3 WiFi - it works fine, as long as you have a solid WiFi signal to the camera. Setting up any Reolink camera is a bit of a pain, but once set-up they work fine. I have mine aimed pretty much downwards to cover my back fence/sidewalk/gate, and I just leave the fisheye setting alone, as it seems to reduce the overall picture size, and I don’t have a problem with the image -
