Smallest camera you can connect to security spy

I did a search and can see this topic crops up from time to time in the form of a doorbell cam question. However I'm NOT looking for a doorbell cam. Perhaps something more like a door peephole camera. Has anyone ever managed to connect one ?

The main camera at the front of the house is great but has a blind spot when someone is at or close to the door. I could angle the camera down more for a better view but would rather not.

I see from an old post (2016) the Axis P12 series is ok.

Axis modular cameras are a good option (F, FA, P12 series). Another option is the Vivotek VC9101. There's also the bird box camera, which is inexpensive and may do the job in some situations besides actual bird boxes. Hikvision also have the DS-2CD6425G0 series. Hopefully one of these will work well for you!
