Why can't I use keyboard to reposition camera anymore?

Is there a setting that accidentally got changed with one of the updates? PTZ cameras no longer respond to arrow or number pad keys. Have to go into "control camera." SS 6.17.

Holding shift key down while using arrows is the new way of doing it.

Yes - hold shift, or engage caps lock, and then the arrow keys will control PTZ in the video windows.
