Authentication failed on remote Mac

I have SecuritySpy running on a standalone Mac Mini. I also have SecuritySpy installed on my office Mac. I tried to open the app on my office Mac and entered my SecuritySpy username and password but the Authentication failed.

I used the same username and password to sign into this site with no problem. What do you think the issue is?

    The login you need on the remote Mac is the one that you have set up in your server instance of SecuritySpy (the one running on your Mac min) under Settings > Web. Here you add web accounts, and it's these accounts by which you authenticate when connecting from the web interface, iOS app, or another instance of SecuritySpy.
