Schedule Preset troubleshoointg

Hi all,

Hoping someone has had this issue, I've searched and couldn't find anything.

I'm attempting to add a schedule preset however when I go to add on I get the window open to create the settings and upon hitting 'save' nothing happens the window remains and I'm forced to hit cancel to get out and no preset has been created. Ive tried shutting down and rebooting and even downgrading to version 6.14 with no luck.

    I'm not immediately sure what could be causing this - so that we can investigate, please email us and include a debug file (SecuritySpy menu > Debug > Create Debug File On Desktop).

    If possible, it would also be very helpful if you would allow us temporary administrator access to your system so that we can test this directly. If you don't mind allowing this, please include login details (URL, username, password) in your email.
