This message means that there was some issue validating your license details, when setting the DDNS name (your "name.viewcam.me" DDNS name is tied to your license).
The main thing to check is that you actually have the latest v6 software installed, and you aren't using an old version (like the previous version 5).
If this isn't it, please email us and include a debug file (SecuritySpy menu > Debug > Create Debug File On Desktop) and we'll check this for you.

Yes, the system in question is still on V5 although I did buy the upgrade last year. I will update it, thanks.
