Regarding continuous recording, “You could instead use Continuous Capture mode to record all the time, however this takes much more storage space (therefore you will get a much shorter history of recordings), and makes locating recorded events harder,” I have mine set up to record continuously but make a new file (clip) every 10 minutes. That way it is easier to find events and srub through a small file, save to desktop, etc. Of course that doesn’t help with the storage space issue, I just have a large SSD dedicated to it.
