System offline email alerts but it isn't offline...
I recently rearranged my 3 SS servers in that I used to have all my cameras on a single 2018 mini (hot hot hot) onto their ultimate destinations of that same 2018 mini (now just 2 cameras) an M1 mini (6 cameras) and an M2 Pro mini (11 cameras). All cameras are 4k, none re-encode.
At the same time I upgraded all three systems to SS v6. And on top of that, upgraded Mac OS on all of them.
Kind of a lot all at once, but everything went surprisingly smoothly.
Except one issue. I kept getting email alerts that one of the systems is offline, and each email says it has been offline for longer and longer. However, it isn't offline. I can access it through my local network, I can access it from remote, through the iOS Security Spy and through ViewCam. And it is recording fine.
In the process of rearranging everything and exporting and importing settings files, I did reset the UUID on (I think) all three systems. You taught me about that before. That seemed to work except for this odd issue.
Is it possible there is a 'phantom' system out there that doesn't actually exist anymore that I am getting the email alerts about?
Thanks!

The offline notifications are tied to the license name, so apparently the license name that was tied to this offline alert is now being used on a system that has this function turned off. Normally when you turn off this function, it will inform our server to stop sending the notifications, but this may have been lost in the shuffle.
If you in fact have this option turned on, on the new system that is using this license name, then it could be that this system is unable to make outgoing connections to the Internet, and this could be the cause of the problem. If you have any kind of connection-blocking software installed here (e.g. "Little Snitch") then this could be the culprit.
Otherwise, if you no longer need these notifications, simply wait and they will automatically stop after 5 days.
