is it possible to use SecuritySpy only as an restricted viewer?

So that the viewer on the other PC from the same network has restricter usage, same like the server ...

Yes - SecuritySpy's web server can be set up with multiple user accounts, each with its own permissions - please see the SecuritySpy user manual for more information.

Any client on a Mac, PC, or mobile device can view video and captured footage via SecuritySpy's web server using a standard web browser (Safari, Chrome, FireFox etc.)
