FTP password max length?
Just set up FTP under the trial and had some issues getting my connection to not be refused. What appeared to be the issue was my password being too long for the SecuritySpy software. I'm not sure but when I had a 65 character password, my connection kept getting refused. Nothing in SecuritySpy led me to believe the password was too long, but when I changed it to a shorter password the connection went through.

The maximum password length for FTP servers in SecuritySpy is 63 characters, so you must have been just over this limit. This has never actually come up before, since most passwords are far shorter! I hope this isn't an issue for you, as anything over around a dozen characters or so is already very secure.
No issue at all. Just took me awhile to figure out that was what was going on since the software didn't flag it as too long. FTP is working very nicely now.
