SS6 upgrade incompatible with camera
I was running SS5 and upgraded and am running version 6.2. Under version 5.5.11 I set up a camera (self made camera running on Raspberry Pi using raspivid and vlc to send V.254 video over RTSP. This has worked under 5.5 for two years without problem using the setup shown:
I did an upgrade to SS6 and this same configuration no longer works. Same settings in SS6. Where should I begin to troubleshoot this?

The first thing is to check the log file to see if the message there contains some information that points to the source of the issue. You can view the log via the menu item at File > Open Log. If that doesn't help, please email us at support@bensoftware.com, and include a debug file (SecuritySpy menu > Debug > Create Debug File On Desktop) and we will help you directly to resolve this issue.
