A problem with continuous recording

I have an installation with 4 Reocam cameras. On just one of the cameras continuous recording doesn't seem to work. See attached screenshot. As far as I can see it's set the same as the other cameras with a new recording every hour, but as you can see from the list of recordings (which I have sorted in size order to move the continuous recordings to the top) there aren't any continuous recordings (which have a C instead of M in the file name). I must be overlooking something really obvious.

  • The first thing to check here is the continuous-capture schedule that is set for this camera. In the "All Cameras" window, above each camera, you will see the "C", "M" and "A" indicators, which stand for Continuous Capture, Motion Capture, and Actions respectively. Click the C indicator for this camera, and set the schedule to "Armed 24/7", so that the indicator is red. Does this resolve the issue?
